I have upgraded my Ubuntu 7.10 Xen VM to Ubuntu 8.04. The host is running
CentOS 5 x86_64.
I tried with kernel 2.6.24-16-xen x86_64 (Linux titan 2.6.24-16-xen #1 SMP Thu
Apr 10 14:35:03 UTC 2008 x86_64 GNU/Linux).
Using 2.6.22-14-xen (from the old 7.10 version) it works great:

I connected with "xm console" and tried to configure ethernet:
