Hello all, I had this same problem, the only thing I have to do is to rename the xml file (///usr/share/gnome/help/blackjack/el/blackjack.xml) and then I made a apt-get autoremove and everything starts to going like a charm. I had a Ubuntu 7.10 server edition, with no X, then I upgrade it to 8.04 Server Edition, and then I installed the X and gnome and everything, I don't know if this serves, but I think it's good to know.
