Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: telak
Run telak with any valid conf file. The graphic is not displayed on the
desktop.
I emailed Julien, the developer, and it turns out this is fixed in .5,
which is in Edgy. This didn't make it into Dapper however, which still
has the buggy .3 version.
