Binary package hint: amarok
After plugging in an ipod, amarok freezes and slams the CPU at 99%,
presumably reading the ipod's library. It's bad usability practice
to block the thread that paints the GUI while doing a long-running
operation like scanning a portable media player. It makes the gui totally
unresponsive and gives the user the impression that something is "wrong".
