Thank you for the bug report. It sounds like you had a problem with that
particular mirror rather than it being an ubuntu / update-manager issue.
I compared the hash of that file with one I obtained from my mirror and
it matches. I am unsure which release you are running, but regardless
you should try "sudo apt-get update" and try the upgrade again. If that
still doesn't fix the problem, try a different mirror (system ->
administration -> software sources). Marking this report as invalid.
