Binary package hint: kontact
After upgrading to hardy, all non ascii characters are wrong in my imap-
stored contacts: it seems that they are stored in UTF-8 (which is
correct), but are interpreted as something like latin1 (which is a bug).
The same setup worked fine with feisty.
