Well, still no sign of improvement from Gutsy. I discovered, that a problem is deeper than I thought: not only USB doesn't work (not at all), the integrated network adapter doesn't work too without extra boot options. It seems to be a problem with a shared IRQ#11 and buggy ACPI.
