i can confirm this in hardys epiphany.
to reproduce.
1) in epiphany put about:config into the location bar.
if you double click any sting element, a dialog pops up to allow you to
change it. if you double click a bool value it swaps from true to false
(or false to true). if you double click an integer value an empty dialog
pops up. its ok and cancel buttons do not work.
this make it hard to work aound Bug #149873
