Public bug reported:
When saving words into file of which name contains quotation mark ("),
the quotation mark is copied literally, without escaping, into the
.kvtml file, like this:
<kvtml [...] title="some title with "quotation".hvtml">
As this is invalid XML, once the file loaded into kwordquiz, no words
will be shown, neither any error is indicated.
