You're indeed not using the nVidia X driver. The one you filed this package
against is the default 2D open source driver, created by the community. Didn't
you get a notification from restricted manager? Please try to enable the nvidia
drivers using System->Manage->Hardware Drivers.
The only thing that's really a bug is the lack of recognition of your
monitor, and that's a mistake of xorg, so I'm changing the package to
that.
