No, my problem is dont work blacklist ssb for load ndiswrapper.
See:
# cat /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist
...
blacklist ssb
blacklist b43
...
# lsmod | grep ssb
ssb 32260 0
But, for work my wire add in rc.local:
# cat /etc/rc.local
...
modprobe -r ssb
modprobe -r ndiswrapper
modprobe ndiswrapper
...
