Close them all, I got so disgusted with no support, I bought a MacBook. I finally found a good operating system WITH good support. I never could get any support in Ubuntu. I haven't touched it in at least 6 - 8 months but occasionally get a belated response. I can't understand how anyone gets any help. Dean
