Sorry for this. But I ve found the solution.
I had to edit the ~/.config/user-dirs.dir
and change
XDG_TEMPLATES_DIR="$HOME/"
to :
XDG_TEMPLATES_DIR="$HOME/Templates"
Sorry again for this false bug.
