I've spoken to upstream. The version of tuxmath in Hardy doesn't support
right-to-left languages. The version in SVN has been converted to use
SDL_pango and does. This bug won't be fixed until that version is
released.
There is a bug in that launchpad allows people to translate packages
into languages that the program can't support.
