Public bug reported:

After applying the latest patches on a dapper amd64 system mdbtools
breaks when trying to convert a mdb to sql via the mdb-sql tool. As a
work around I'm delegating the job to a hardy server, but I'd like it to
work on this dapper one again.

I try to run a command like this:
echo "DESCRIBE TABLE ListFilter" | mdb-sql /tmp/test.mdb

Which immediately returns:
Segmentation fault

Tried running with strace, etc., but the output wasn't interesting (to
me). This worked fine prior to a 'apt-get upgrade', and as I said
before works fine on an up to date hardy server install (amd64 as well).

I've tried downgrading the mdbtools package as it said it was upgraded
during the last package update, but it appears the package didn't really
change. Perhaps the perl upgrade from 5.8.7-10ubuntu1 to
5.8.7-10ubuntu1.1 caused it? See the dpkg.log attached showing the
results of the 'apt-get upgrade'.
