Public bug reported:
It seems that no matter what I do tomboy will not allow its remote access to
work under edgy. I always get this message printed to the command line at
startup
[DEBUG]: Tomboy remote control disabled: Name 'com.beatniksoftware.Tomboy' does
not exist.
and whenever I try to use tomboy's remote service ( tomboy --new-note or some
other command line parameter) I get the following error.
Unhandled Exception: System.ApplicationException: Name
'com.beatniksoftware.Tomboy' does not exist.

However, /usr/share/dbus-1/services has a
com.beatniksoftware.Tomboy.service file with the following contents:
[D-BUS Service]
Name=com.beatniksoftware.Tomboy
Exec=/usr/bin/tomboy
