Public bug reported:
My Keyboard ctrl, alt shift and any other special keys stop responding
after a while, I am not sure why.
The only way to get working again is to go to the Preferences->Keyboard
and change it to a different keyboard, and then change it back again.
IF I don't change the keyboard and try to test out my current
configuration in the Preferences->Keyboard dialog (when its not working)
... the dialog just shuts down..
Some Info - When Keyboard is working ok... Next time it malfunctions I will add
to the bug with the results of some of the commands.
