Public bug reported:
In Hardy with desktop visual effects enabled (compiz), one can no longer
use drag and drop to arrange windows in the workspace switcher.
Without compiz, I can either drag windows from the window list (task
bar) or from the workspace switcher and dropping them on a workspace in
the workspace switcher moves the window to the correct workspace. With
compiz enabled this is no longer the case - all drag events are simply
ignored.
