Public bug reported:
On both Compaq Presario sr1750nx and Gateway mx8530, after upgrade to
8.04 numerous problems with numlock state on Compaq (running Ubuntu
Server w/ LAMP 7.10 upgraded to 8.04) and on a fresh install of 8.o4 on
the Gateway. After 3 days of updates, the spacebar, delete key and main
enter key are non-responsive.
Also, on the upgraded server, I can only get a desktop with Failsafe
Gnome. The auto configuration returned an out of range error.
