Public bug reported:
In Hardy, OpenOffice.org 1:2.4.0-3ubuntu6, backgrounds of ppt
presentations are automatically shown full-size instead of scaling down.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Change the background to a 1600x1200 png, go into "Background" dialog,
uncheck "Original" size, check "Relative" size, leave at 100%x100%.
2. Save as ppt and reopen.
3. Background is back to "Original" size.
I can repeat this any number of times and the background is always
absolute and not relative. This only happens with ppt, not odp, but it
makes it impossible to share presentations with MS users.
