Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kicker

kubuntu 8.04, upgraded from 7.10, from 7.04. The desktop configuration
probably is from 7.04.

I usually have 2-3 clock applets set to different time zones. The time
zones 'Berlin' and 'Calcutta' show the same time (see appended image)
since I upgraded to 8.04.

$ apt-cache policy kicker
