What other applications are running when you experience this issue?
Please attach the /var/log/syslog file and the output of dmesg for the time
when you are experiencing this issue.
To attach the output of dmesg, run the command "dmesg > dmesg.log" in the
terminal and attach the file "dmesg.log"
