* Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining Ubuntu changes (LP: #175876):
- Install icon file and add dh_icons to debian/rules.
- Modify Maintainer value to match Debian-Maintainer-Field Spec.
There was one significant change in Ubuntu, "Install icon file and add
dh_icons to debian/rules". I feel the change is important enough to to
require a merge.If it turns out that this change is minor enough to
drop, then it would be ok to sync ceferino from Debian again.
