Public bug reported:
I set two keyboard layouts: Italian (default) and British English. I
correctly set Alt + Shift as a switching methods between layouts. After
a reboot, I had the Italian layout but pressing Alt + Shift produced no
effect. On keyboard preferences, the switch was still ticked in the
options list, but it was not working until I deselected it and selected
it again.
