Ubuntu changelog for latest version -
glib-java (0.4.2-7ubuntu1) gutsy; urgency=low
* debian/rules: Add CFLAGS="-I/usr/lib/jvm/java-gcj/include" so jni.h gets
found.
* debian/control: Modify Maintainer value to match
DebianMaintainerField spec.

Ubuntu changes can be dropped as it has been fixed in Debian. I have
verified that Debian version builds in pbuilder chroot for intrepid.
