Public bug reported:
Every time i open an audio file for the first time it lags at the
beggining for about 1 sec. This doesnt happen if i already have the
audio program open and i just open the audio file. I use ubuntu 8.04
with and on board sound card. Ubuntu found it as HDA Intel.Fate
