I found that It is definitely problem of Linux kernel. a) USB: OHCI: fix bug in controller resume ( http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/linux-2.6.25.y.git;a=commit;h=6608b478c7ddc1122582fc94879e6998b895a096 ) links to bugfix in 2.6.5.x kernel with problematic USB controller resume.
b) I tried to use kernel 2.6.22-14 (from gutsy repository) in my hardy and it works very well!
