Sorry I took so long to reply. I didn't have access to my laptop for the last few weeks.
Just open Insight -> View -> Console. Enter the following at the prompt: show solib-absolute-prefix If you see this, you know it is prefixed wrong: The current system root is "/usr/share". It should have been /. This can be fixed either by entering "set solib- absolute-prefix /." at runtime or by using my patch above. Pretty easy to duplicate with that information.
