/usr/lib/kde4/bin is added to $PATH in konsole in kde4. You can also use the
mentioned flag to cmake. -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr/lib/kde4 might do the
trick as well.
KDE4 will probably be moved to a standard location for intrepid, but there are
no plans to move it for hardy.
