Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-terminal

In gnome-terminal, when I press CTRL+a, nothing happens. I must press
CTRL+q to go at the line beginning.

You have to know that I have two layouts configured in gnome: us and fr.
In the french layout, the key 'a' is on key 'q' on an us keyboard.

It is possibly related to bug #23244.
