Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: libreadonly-xs-perl

Please sync libreadonly-xs-perl 1.04-2 (universe) from Debian unstable

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The package is now in Debian and Ubuntu doesn't have any changes worth to keep.

  * Set debhelper compatibility level to 6.
