Hello,
   Firestarter rejects to start reporting that eth1 interface is not ready. 
Really this interface is ready and working very well. It failed to start in 
command line too.

~$ sudo  firestarter show
External network device eth1 is not ready. Aborting..

~$ sudo  firestarter start
External network device eth1 is not ready. Aborting..

$ ifconfig

but it works it I do change locate to C

~$ env LANG=C sudo firestarter --start
Firewall started

~$ echo $LANG
es_ES.UTF-8


Some thin is happening related to locale
