Binary package hint: xorg
Using hardy on x64 and screen resolution is detected fine using nv (1360
x 768) so at least is good. BUT when I install nvidia driver I can only
get 600x800 resolution, but the driver is working properly with 3d
acceleration. My screen is described in xorg.conf as generic plug &
play monitor using the 'nvidia' driver. It is actually a 40 inch LCD
samsung that has been detected fine by prior distros with the older
xorg.
Seems similar to other bugs in xorg?
