Binary package hint: compiz-fusion-plugins-main
I'm using Ubuntu 8.04 with compiz 1:0.7.4-0ubuntu6 and
compizconfig-settings-manager 0.7.4-0ubuntu2.
When I have 1 or 2 desktops, the 3D windows effect doesn't do anything. Once I
change it to 3 or higher, it starts working.
There are no errors, and everything else works fine either way.
I'm also using the nvidia proprietary drivers if that makes a difference at all.
