I think bzr-svn 0.4.10 cures this bug. Certainly I have been able to successfully checkout the Subversion repository into a Bazaar shared repository without error. The problem with 0.4.9 remains reproducible though, however as this is a consequence of deleting the SVK annotations from a Subversion store, this could be considered a unique circumstance.
