After some more investigation, it seems that the #defines of APIC_ID,
APIC_BASE and friends are ifdef'd out in the xen patch (in
asm/apicdef_64/32.h), and only APIC_DEST_ALLBUT, APIC_DEST_SELF and
APIC_DEST_ALLINC get to be redefined in an enum. Yet obviously, sutff in
asm/smp_64/32.h makes use of that. Either too much stuff is ifdef'd out,
or the patch is incomplete and should change stuff in smp_XX.h as well,
as far as I understand.
