After some more investigation, it seems that the #defines of APIC_ID, APIC_BASE and friends are ifdef'd out in the xen patch (in asm/apicdef_64/32.h), and only APIC_DEST_ALLBUT, APIC_DEST_SELF and APIC_DEST_ALLINC get to be redefined in an enum. Yet obviously, sutff in asm/smp_64/32.h makes use of that. Either too much stuff is ifdef'd out, or the patch is incomplete and should change stuff in smp_XX.h as well, as far as I understand.
