There is pretty important problem in ubuntu-wallpapers package: big
(2.6MB) simple-ubuntu.png file is really elephant-skin.jpg and is
converted from 372 KB jpg file! Maybe someone knows why Cody Somerville
converted from JPG to PNG? Conversion doesn't increase quality, jpg is
lossy format, quality will not increase by converting JPG to loseless
PNG format.

The same quality image gutsy-elephant-skin.jpg exist in gutsy-wallpapers
package, just it's 7x smaller !!!

Will be my comment enough to undo change, made in ubuntu-wallpapers 0.19
or I should report another bug?

ubuntu-wallpapers (0.19) hardy; urgency=low
  * elephant-skin.jpg:
    - Converted to png (elephent-skin.png)
    - Set as default wallpaper (renamed to warty-final-ubuntu.png)
