I'm running Ubuntu 8.04 (kernel 2.6.22-14-xen) as domU under red hat
enterprise 5.1 dom0 with stock kernel 2.6.18-53.1.14.el5xen. domU is
paravirtualized. domU runs fine for an arbitrary amount of time (even
weeks) but suddenly reports in dmesg as follows:
