Binary package hint: gnome-panel
When I create with (german language!) "Zum Panel hinzufügen ..." a new
Application launcher in the Panel, no useable launcher will add to the
panel when special Characters ("äöü...") in the field "command" (Befehl
in german language).
Example for malfunction

Typ: Anwendung
Name: Hörbücher
Befehl: hörbücher
Kommentar:

no useable launcher will create (that means all Fields are empty. A
given Icon include)

PS:
When I create a launcher on the Desktop it works fine with special
characters in the command field!
When I move the launcher from Desktop to Panel it works too.
When I move a launcher from Desktop to Panel and modifiying the command
line (hörbücher) it works but when I make a restart the Panel-launcher
have empty fields.
