Public bug reported:
Assigning some types of arrows in Xfig, for example the Y-shaped arrow,
these are visible when closing / saving the file, but don't appear when
exporting to some other format.
The solution is to comment „#ifdef NEWARROWS” and the corresponding
„#endif”.
