I'm reopening this, as I think it would be really nice to have it, and
it wouldn't make any harm.

I don't like Qt interfaces (specially compared to GTK+ ones), I don't
like KDE's policy of "let's offer a thousand of menus and options". When
I'm looking for an application, I prefer one which is GTK+ and
integrates well into my GNOME desktop, so I'd like to be able to filter
them based on that requirement.

Of course, it wouldn't be enabled by default, but it should be there the
same way there's a filter for commercial supported applications.
