I've marked it as duplicate, because the error in log file is the same.
In both reports virtualbox-ose pre-instalation script fails. Here is
the error message:

The update manager didn't fail to upgrade itself. This message "Title: package
update-manager 1:0.87.27 failed to install/upgrade: ErrorMessage: SystemError
in cache.commit(): E:Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1),
E:Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)" may be a little
misleading. It means that the whole upgrade/instalation process failed. And
from log files we know that it is virtualbox causing the problem.
