Public bug reported:
After installing all the updates (I have all repositories enabled) QT4 Designer
does not obey anymore to the widget style set with QT Config, I always get
Oxygen; but most serious problem is that all menus are empty: they are drawn
correctly with the right small icons, but there is no text at all.
Using Hardy, QT4 4.4.0-1ubuntu3~hardy1 (from backports)
