Public bug reported: Binary package hint: torrentflux
Torrentflux depend on unnecessary apache-modules. I have lighttpd + php-cgi installed and this configuration is working good, until I decided to try torrentflux. I searched throu internet and found some good howtos for lighttpd+php5+torrentflux, but I think it is much easier to install it as a package, but I was wrong about that. I would like to see a change in the .deb's to be compatible with lighttpd without the need for apache-modules, as torrentflux is compatible already. Here is some information I found about torrentflux+lighttpd+php5: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=461605 http://www.kurobox.com/mwiki/index.php/Debian_torrentflux_install Maby this is more a wishlist than a bug? ** Affects: torrentflux (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- torrentflux depend on apache when when lighttpd is installed https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/231449 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
