Public bug reported:
The icon for the volume-applet becomes scaled-up when using the Tango or
Tangerine icon-themes but stays small with all other themes.
A bit unrelated but there really should be an option for the deafult icon size
on a panel thats unrelated to the actual size of the panel itself.
