It would help if you gave your version of ubuntu plus this:
uname -a > uname-a.log
cat /proc/version_signature > version.log
dmesg > dmesg.log
sudo lspci -vvnn > lspci-vvnn.log
You have to write this commands in the command line and hit enter, post
the log files that are created here.
