Binary package hint: audacious
I happen to encode all my MP3s in high quality variable bitrate (VBR)
format. When I play these back on my Windows box Winamp shows a
constantly changing bit rate in the display.
When I play the same MP3s on my Linux box Audacious seems to pick a
random bitrate to display and sticks with it.
I would like Audacious to mimic Winamps behaviour by updating the
bitrate in the display - that way I don't keep thinking I'm made a
mistake encoding stuff ;)
This is obviously therefore a very minor "cosmetic enhacement" request.
