Binary package hint: gdesklets-data
If the option "Put notes on all workspaces" is used and you move a note to
another workspace (by drag and drop), it vanishes.
Afterwards, if you disable "Put notes on all workspaces" you find the message
on the second workspace. So it's not lost, but not visible with the "Put notes
on all workspaces" enabled.
Therefore I suggest either to disable drag-and-drop to other workspaces or
(better) to adjust the "coordinates" if "Put notes on all workspaces" is
enabled.
