Public bug reported:
When I disable the touchpad by his botton and then re-enable it,
vertical-scrolling stops working until i restart gnome or the whole system.
Moreover, even if i've disabled "mouse clicks by touchpad" from "Mouse
Preferences" menu, the touchpad seems ignore this setting.
I'm sorry for my bad english.
