Public bug reported: Binary package hint: firefox-3.0
It crashes only sometimes (simply shuts down with no message) when visiting certain sites such as www.cnn.com, I receive the following error message if starting Firefox through the console, running on Ubuntu 8.04: (firefox:19251): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_object_unref: assertion `G_IS_OBJECT (object)' failed ** ** Gtk:ERROR:(/build/buildd/gtk+2.0-2.12.9/gtk/gtkplug.c:182):gtk_plug_set_is_child: assertion failed: (!GTK_WIDGET (plug)->parent) I think everything should be fully updated.
